1. Service Areas
We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations, including the European Union and the United States.
2. Timeframes (Estimate)
- UK Standard: 2–5 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- US: 7–14 business days
Dispatch times and estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details (where available) are emailed after dispatch. If you miss a delivery, please contact the courier directly to rearrange.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may incur customs duties/taxes payable by the recipient. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please report within 7 days of the expected delivery date (lost) or receipt (damaged) with photos of packaging and item for claims.
