Refund & Returns Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK consumers can cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving goods (“cooling-off period”). This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email info@autoduro.co.uk with your order number and reason.
- Return items unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Send returns within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
3. Refunds
- We process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
- Original shipping is refunded only if the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- We may deduct for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature/characteristics of the goods.
4. Exchanges
Where stock allows, we can exchange your item. Otherwise, a refund will be issued per the above terms.
5. Exclusions
Custom-made or personalised items, and items not suitable for return due to health/hygiene if unsealed after delivery, are non-returnable unless faulty.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend tracked services.
